Reda 52 – Nordic Recycling Set
Three streams work in most buildings. However, some spaces need four — an airport terminal that wants to separate residual waste from three recyclable streams, a hospital that needs a fourth colour-coded slot for clinical-adjacent waste, a mall food court that treats liquid pours as its own stream. The Reda 52 is NORDVOX recycling bin for exactly those spaces. Four modular stainless steel bins, each 52L, each independent, each colour-coded and pictogram-labelled at the top so users make the right decision in a single glance.
Reda is Swedish for “to sort.” Which is what the product does — but more importantly, what it invites the user to do.
Four Streams, Four Colours, Four Pictograms
Each bin carries a coloured top surround with a stream-specific pictogram. Consequently, sorting decisions happen at a glance rather than through reading. The default configuration is:
- Red — bottle/can pictogram
- Yellow — recycling pictogram
- Green — general waste pictogram
- Blue — paper pictogram
Every colour, pictogram, and label is customisable at order. Therefore, the same product suits an airport following its national colour code, a hospital using its own clinical-waste palette, and a mall following its ESG partner’s brand system.
Stainless Steel Body
The Reda 52 uses 201-grade stainless steel — a corrosion-resistant finish suited to high-touch, high-cleaning environments. As a result, it holds its appearance in humid transport hubs, food-adjacent spaces, and any environment where the bin is wiped down daily. Galvanized steel inner liners simplify servicing: staff lift the liner rather than emptying the bin itself.
Modular by Design
The four bins are separate units. Consequently, you can line them flush against a wall, split them across two corners of a corridor, or bank two Reda 52 sets together to form an eight-stream recycling wall in a mall food court. Above all, the tall column footprint — 350 mm × 350 mm — keeps floor space usable in busy commercial environments.
