FGR900 Duo 2-in-1 Recycling Bin – Compact FRP Recycling Station
Not every space needs three streams. The FGR900 Duo is a 2-in-1 recycling bin in moulded fibre-reinforced plastic — two separate compartments in a 780mm footprint, for offices, pantries, corridors, and any location where a full three-stream station would be more bin than the space can justify.
It shares the FGR1200’s height and depth exactly, at 800mm and 400mm. Therefore, a building can run both models side by side and the line of bins still reads as one system.
When Two Streams Beat Three
Specifying more streams than a site can actually sustain is a common and costly mistake. If a building has no separate collection route for a third stream, users watch the cleaner tip all three liners into one bag — and stop sorting within weeks. Two streams that are genuinely separated downstream outperform three that get recombined.
Consequently, the FGR900 suits sites where the realistic split is recyclables and general waste, or paper and general waste. It also fits the common pantry case, where a dedicated bin for drink containers alongside general waste captures most of the recoverable material in the room.
